When will the Grain Belt Express Clean Line be constructed?

Construction of a major infrastructure project such as the Grain Belt Express Clean Line requires coordination with and review and approval by many government entities. The project is in the early stages of development and is expected to take five to seven years to obtain the required approvals and to complete construction. A general project timeline is shown below.
